Our Mission

Music Never Stops: the Tyler Seaman Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises money to support programs that use the healing, supportive, expressive and enduring qualities of music to help young people with cancer and other serious illnesses. Our first project is “Tyler’s Room,” a new space at Mount Sinai’s Louis Armstrong Center for Music and Medicine.

For our second project, we’ve partnered with Friends of Karen, a 501(c)3 foundation headquartered in Purdys, NY. Friends of Karen provides emotional, financial and advocacy support for children with a life-threatening illness and their families in order to help keep them stable, functioning, and able to cope. Music Never Stops: The Tyler Seaman Foundation created and funds a program which supports teens and their siblings with individualized music therapy sessions.
